In his book, Thrisc, Siaosi Tusitala, presents an
epic science fiction thriller that presents a horror story and calamity for
Earth that will keep you on your toes. Focusing on the theme of proposed alien
invasion by Ancient Aliens, Earth has been surrounded by 50 to 60
vehicles of unknown origin, which are of intelligent design. The sci-fi novel
begins with this strange phenomenon of these crafts hovering over various
continents, except the continental United States.
Encompassed by mass confusion, fear and panic, the world and
media, are sitting on an edge of a cliff, waiting. As the government scrambles
to make heads or tail of what is happening, the inexplicable happens, towns go
black, a mass power outage happens and all radio and military power collapses.
All the Earth reacts with mass pandemonium that crosses the divide of religion,
culture, race and geographical location with one impending doom – the possible
end of the human race.
Well-written and very fast-paced, the author takes the
readers on a dark, but enlightening adventure to the introduction of “Thrisc”
the leader of the alien invasion, that will present, along with their guardians
sent for human protection from violence to bring about a new world. These
“Ancient One’s” invade, but begin making changes to our planet that are much
needed benevolent efforts. They see the famine, re-seed and re-soil the barren
desert tundra’s to become more fertile ground to provide for the starving of
the Earth. They clean waterways, douse wildfires and bring a strange calm over
inhabitants of war, to include the much turbulent Middle East, bringing
resolute silence and retreat. Humans are not a match for these strange
visitors.
Winding down different paths and plausible scenarios, the
author does an excellent job of keeping readers fully engaged. Culminating in
an exemplary effort that such a takeover is a simple story that asks the
question, “If I were the Anti-Christ, how would I go about accomplishing all
that has been forewarned?”
In the Prologue the author writes, “ The stage is being set
for confrontation between Man’s manipulations and our Creator’s
determinations. Such turmoil directly
ahead! Mindless, witless emotional
confusion verses “The Hand of God.”
For those of you that love reading science fiction
thrillers and the like, you will enjoy reading Thrisc. Get your copy at Amazon.
